Six Months After Hurricane Harvey: Survivors Living in Tents, Sleeping on Floor

Six months after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, survivors are still utilizing tents and sleeping on mattresses on the floor. One woman, Petra Cervantes, is even using a hose to wash dishes.
