James "Whitey" Bulger, the infamous Boston mob boss, was reportedly killed in prison. It happened after the 89-year-old was transferred to a federal penitentiary in West Virginia, according to reports. Bulger was the leader of Boston's Winter Hill Gang. In 2013, he was convicted of participating in 11 murders all over the country as well as racketeering, extortion, conspiracy and other crimes. He was serving a life sentence.
