DNA of Missing Mom’s Husband Found on Faucet With Her Blood: Prosecutors
The lawyer for the estranged husband of missing Connecticut mom Jennifer Dulos said in court that it was "ludicrous" to suggest his client had anything to do with his wife's disappearance. Defense attorney Norm Pattis argued Tuesday for the bond of Fotis Dulos, 51, to be lowered to $100,000. Fotis is charged with tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. He pleaded not guilty. "There still is no body and there is no confirmation that Jennifer is in fact dead," Pattis said.
