Ariana Grande may have decided not to go to the Grammy Awards Sunday, but she put her fancy dress to use anyway.

It was revealed Thursday that Grande would not perform at or attend the ceremony over a disagreement with the Recording Academy.

Then on Sunday before the event began, the academy announced several award winners -- including Grande's win for Best Pop Vocal Album for "Sweetener."

It was the 25-year-old pop stars's first Grammy win. And she didn't let the big night go to waste.

Grande posted a series of photos on Instagram posing in a shiny strapless ballgown. She wrote, "when @zacposen makes u a custom gown it doesn’t matter if you’re singing or not .... thank u."

The singer, who was also nominated in the Best Pop Solo Performance category for "God Is a Woman," made sure to thank her fans for her win.

Grande wrote on Twitter, "i know i’m not there tonight (trust, i tried and still truly wished it had worked out tbh) and i know i said i try not to put too much weight into these things .... but f*** .......  this is wild and beautiful. thank you so much."

She added, "but mostly thank y’all for being my main source of joy and inspiration always."
