Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, a Filipina-Italian model, told police she was invited to meet Weinstein at his office at The Tribeca Film Center in lower Manhattan. She says he touched her inappropriately and put his hand under her skirt.

When she went to police, the NYPD Special Victims Unit secretly wired her for a follow-up meeting with Weinstein at a hotel just a few blocks away in March 2015.

“I’m telling you right now, get in here,” he said in the recorded conversation.

“What do we have to do here?,” she asked.

“Nothing. I’m gonna take a shower. You sit there and have a drink,” he said.

“You must come here now,” he was recorded as saying.

After she refused, he asked “please?”

“No. I don’t want to,” she replied.

“I’m not doing anything with you, I promise,” he continued. “Five minutes. Don’t ruin your friendship with me for five minutes.”

“I know. But it’s kind of like, it’s too much for me. I can’t,” she said.

Weinstein was not charged.

The audio is part of a jnew bombshell article in the New Yorker magazine alleging that Weinstein raped three women including actress Asia Argento.

"I know he has crushed a lot of people before. That's why this story -- in my case, it's 20 years old, some of them are older -- has never come out,” she said.

Another actress, Mira Sorvino, told the New Yorker that she had a creepy encounter with Weinstein in a hotel room in Toronto in 1995 -- the year she won the best supporting Oscar for Mighty Aphrodite.

"He started massaging my shoulders, which made me very uncomfortable, and then tried to get more physical, sort of chasing me around,” Sorvino said.

A spokesman for Harvey Weinstein insists: “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.”

The growing scandal is already causing fallout at the TV series Project Runway, which announced it would remove Weinstein's credit as executive producer.
